Refund & Return Policy
Returns
All returns must comply with the terms of our warranty policy. The buyer must agree to and follow the conditions below:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping, customs fees, and related charges must be prepaid by the customer.
Returned items must be in the same condition as sold and fully assembled.
Please keep all removed or unused components during the warranty period. All original parts included in the sale must be returned for the warranty to remain valid.
The returned item must match the original pictures.
Buyers must contact us via email to create a return request file.
All returned products/items are subject to inspection and testing to verify warranty eligibility and confirm no damage occurred while in the customer’s possession.
Signing for the returned item at our warehouse does not mean the claim has been accepted.
If inspection reveals the item was damaged or destroyed while under the customer’s possession, no refund or compensation will be issued.
Once inspection is completed and the claim is approved, we will notify the customer regarding replacement or refund.
If the claim is determined to be invalid, no refund or replacement will be provided.
Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on parts.
No deposit refunds.
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not been shipped.
All refused or returned orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus all freight charges required to return the item to our warehouse.
